Dushyant has over 25 years of leadership experience in strategy and corporate finance, and has advised on 60+ private equity and M&A deals involving investments of over $3.5 billion.

Prior to joining Playbook, Dushyant held leadership roles in the private equity and financial advisory practices at McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, PwC and KPMG. In addition to supporting leading fund houses on investments and exits, has also assisted companies on market entry, growth, M&A, cost-reduction and organisation development. His sector experience covers IT, Media, Consumer, B2B, Healthcare and Financial Services. He earlier led Digital Media at IBM for India and ASEAN regions, and worked in strategy at Indian Express Newspapers.

Dushyant holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.Com from Sydenham College, Mumbai.

When he’s not counselling portfolio company CEOs, Dushyant roams the jungles of India, camera in hand, in search of big cats.

Saksham has 9+ years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Investment Banking. At 360 ONE Alternate Assets, he spent nearly 4 years driving direct investments in technology—focusing on fintech, consumer, and enterprise tech—while also independently managing exits, fund management, and leading the Fund of Funds strategy, briefly.

Previously, he spent 5.5 years with Avendus Capital’s Investment Banking team, advising leading Indian conglomerates and mid-market companies on M&A, buyouts, and growth capital raises across financial services, consumer, logistics, and business services.

He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow, a B.Tech. from IIT Gandhinagar, and is a CFA Charterholder (CFA Institute, USA). Outside of work, Saksham is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his family.

Girish Shewale brings nearly three decades of expertise in Information Technology, having led and managed a diverse range of projects across multiple domains and technologies. With a deep focus on delivering business-critical applications, Girish has honed skills in designing enterprise architecture, developing both B2C and B2B applications, and implementing robust information security protocols.

In his previous leadership roles, including VP of Technology at Reliance Jio, Girish spearheaded the development of the Jio Mart Digital App and the Jio Prime Program. His technical proficiency spans AWS, private cloud solutions, a variety of programming languages such as C#.Net, Java, Swift, react-native and flutter frameworks and is well-versed in cloud technologies, machine learning, and various reporting and database tools.

Nivedith has over 8 years of experience across private equity, venture capital, and investment banking. He previously worked with Z47 (fka Matrix Partners India) where he worked on investments in B2B Marketplaces and Deeptech start-ups.

Nivedith previously worked with the Private Equity team at Premji Invest, the investment arm of the Azim Premji Foundation where he worked on investments in Consumer, Financial Services and Technology companies. Before commencing his career in investing, Nivedith spent close to 3 years in Investment Banking across M&A and Equity Capital Markets where he advised a mix of leading Indian conglomerates and mid-market companies on fund-raises and M&A.

He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech from VJTI, Mumbai. Outside of work, Nivedith enjoys playing football and squash, is an ardent Formula 1 fan and also likes trying new cuisines.

Aarush has over 5 years of experience across private equity, venture capital, and strategic consulting. He previously worked with Mckinsey & Company within growth practices across Technology Services & Consumer Tech players.

Aarush previously worked with the Investment Teams at Multiples Private Equity, Mayfield India & Campus Fund where he worked on transactions in Consumer, Financial Services, Enterprise SaaS & technology companies.

Before starting his career in investing, Aarush spent 2 years at Bain & Company with their Consumer Products practice across multi-geographic expansion projects and was a founding member of a digital media company, Opinzo Technologies

He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a B.M.S from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University. Outside of work, Aarush enjoys playing poker, squash and chess, and is a massive proponent of solo travelling.

Aquilia has over 8 years of experience across start-ups and multinational corporations in India, Australia and Singapore.

She began her career at JP Morgan in Sydney, in the Private Equity and Real Estate Services team, providing portfolio and performance analytics of alternative assets for superannuation and sovereign wealth funds. Thereafter, she was part of the founding team at BayTree Ventures, a marketplace for impact investing. At BayTree, she collaborated with founders and investors to catalyze investment capital towards impact enterprises in India. She graduated as valedictorian from SP Jain School of Global Management with a BBA specializing in Finance, and has successfully completed all three levels of the CFA Program.

Aquilia thrives on the thrill of diverse adventures, from clinching a podium position at Redbull Soapbox Race India 2024, to raising funds for charity through music gigs and baking cupcakes, to singing in an acapella group at the Sydney Eisteddfod.

Sanya is a qualified chartered accountant with a background in finance and investments. Before joining Playbook, she was part of the investments team at Z3Partners, an early-growth VC fund, where she evaluated deals across various sectors. She began her career in audit and compliance for companies in manufacturing, financial services, and Education during her articleship.

Sanya has completed Level 1 of the Financial Risk Management course from the Global Association of Risk Professionals and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Jai Hind College in Mumbai.

Prior to joining Playbook Partners, Anahita has worked for top management in organizations such as TPG Capital and TPG Growth, Q-India Investment Advisors, BanyanTree Finance, AIMIA India Loyalty Management and Vox Law. She excels in the field of office administration and management, HR support, calendar and travel management and event coordination, and has been the primary point of contact in all the organizations, liaising with global stakeholders, consultants, legal, advisory, finance and research teams.

Anahita is an advocate for animal welfare, having volunteered at an animal shelter for over 7 years and is passionate about travel and most especially, the sea.

With 20 years of experience in Venture Capital and Investment Banking. Prior to joining Playbook Partners, Khushnum has worked with top management in organizations such Lightbox India Advisors Pvt Ltd, Avendus & IL&FS Investsmart.
